Supporting the induction and ongoing development of health & care professionals around the world, the Care Certificate elearning course guides learners through the required theoretical study and practical application of care standards. Modules covering personal development and understanding your role, duty of care, equality and diversity, communication, privacy and dignity are included. In addition, safeguarding (children & adults), health & safety, basic life support, infection prevention & control and handling information are included from statutory and mandatory training. A number of scenarios are also demonstrated towards the end of the programme which helps to embed the elearning. Once you successfully complete all elements of the course, your care certificates is awarded. Plus, the course includes additional elearning sessions and resources supporting specific care settings and to support assessors in the practice of assessing learners in their place of work.
