The reducing avoidable term admissions online elearning programme consists of sessions that typically take around 20 to 30 minutes to complete. The aim of this interactive multi-professional elearning tool is to facilitate development of skills and knowledge that are needed to make informed decisions to avoid term babies being unnecessarily separated from their mothers and admitted to neonatal units. You will work through a number of realistic scenarios, facing situations that you will encounter as part of your work, and be asked to make decisions based on clinical situations as they unfold. These are divided into 4 different roles, of which you will select the one appropriate to you.
